We have been using Diamond Heating for about 2 years and they never disappoint! We have used them from simple things like maintenance, changing a thermostat all thr way up to extreme in depth furnace and AC repairs. They never seize to amaze us!! We have had Rob and the office help us many many times and we have always had amazing service and communication between them and us! We will refer him and Diamond to anyone who asks!! We love Diamond!!!

This was our first experience with Diamond Heating and we are impressed!! Our furnace was blowing, but wasn’t heating. The problem wasn’t straightforward, but the tech was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable and had everything running again after performing a complete cleaning and diagnostic test. He didn’t pressure us into additional services or suggest that the whole system should be replaced by a VERY expensive unit as techs from other companies had done in the past. Their prices are very fair and reasonable with no high ‘up charge’ for weekend service.

I can’t say enough good things about Diamonds customer service and their service agents. I have dealt with several different ones, (not all for problems, mostly preventive maintenance)
They have never left me hanging. I don’t know if they are the cheapest around but I feel that I get better than my monies worth from them. I highly recommend them for a/c and heat. By the way, they do gas fireplaces and water heaters also. Maybe more.

Hands down the absolute best HVAC company in the Treasure Valley! I can not say enough good things about this team! It first starts with The Legendary Ms. Laura on the phones! I called a bit panicked and I was greeted with “It’s a Wonderful Wednesday here at Diamond!”. She listened, asked questions and then dispatched a technician to come out immediately! She was truly the best part of my Wednesday!

My situation was a bit hairy. I had a cracked heat exchange and the bids and recommendations from two other companies who weren’t making the cut with customer service or knowledge and I was really starting to worry. Ms. Laura was understanding and shared that they believe in doing the right thing for the customer and they wouldn’t be charging me for the second opinion and comfort guarantee bid. Which, by the way, would have been worth the price if they had!

I needed the people of Diamond and they delivered honesty, integrity, and some of the best customer care I’ve seen in this valley period! Chris the technician came out, looked over my system and then sat down with me and went over all of his findings. He educated me on what was happening and what the next steps would be. He then paired me with the right Comfort Advisor according to my needs. Robert Owen and his side-kick Cord came out the next day and much to my delight were absolutely fantastic!

Robert took the time to educate me, drawing diagrams and going over the breakdowns and bids. He not only heard my concerns but did a great job meeting my client communication needs. In addition to the FANTASTIC customer support their electronic correspondence is phenomenal! I was provided with text alerts, email communication and had access to my findings and bids within minutes.

Diamond will be my go to company from now on! The only name in the game as far as I’m concerned!

Chris was very good, calling about 45 minutes before arriving at our home. He showed us our old air filter, and told us the cost for a new one (cheaper than what I expected). He was very courteous and friendly. I was getting bids from a couple of other companies, and Diamond was the best. They responded to my online message promptly, and there was no pressure to schedule immediately until I had gotten other bids. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy.

After having a hard time with a series of event that had already happened I was very stressed and very upset then my furnace went out on top of everything. I called Diamond heating and cooling and they had one of there techs out to my house that evening to fix the problem. The tech was extremely friendly and informative. My Name is Laura Samuelson. Our family of seven has lived the adventure of having six asthmatics in the home. Our five children and I have all experienced many years of inhalers, nebulizer treatments, steroids and hospital stays due to asthma attacks. The high cost of medication, doc-tor visits, E.R. trips and “Camp-outs” at St. Lukes and St. Al’s took quite a toll on us. Financially it was a strain, and emotionally it was difficult to watch each other struggle for air, sometimes to the point of turning blue.

In 2011, we skeptically allowed Diamond Heating and Cooling to install a Micro Power Guard into our air system. I expected nothing to come of it. In fact, I wasn’t thrilled about a ninety-nine dollar charge per year for filters since we were already stretched for groceries and prescriptions. I am thrilled to report that the change has been amazing! There is much less dust in the house when we run our system. Our air circulation creates a marked difference in our quality of life. There are less asthma triggers floating about our home causing a huge decrease in asthma attacks. I am so very pleased to say, that for the first time ever, most of our inhalers and nebulizer medications have actually expired! We have not had a single E.R. visit, or hospital stay due to asthma since the installation of our Micro Power Guard system.

We began noticing that on days when we didn’t run our air conditioning or heater, the family started to cough again and have trouble breathing. About the time the inhalers start to come out of hiding, one of us will get a clue and the system is turned back on. Within hours, the coughing stops.

This has made such a difference in our lives that I wanted to share the in-formation with anyone else who struggles with illness due to air quality. The Micro Power Guard filters have been for us, a powerful tool in saving thousands on medical expenses, creating cleaner air in our home and keeping us noticeably healthier.

Was very nice that the technician actually brought me over to the unit and showed me exactly what the issue was and how it failed. I usually compare several companies before I make the final decision, reading the customer reviews on this particular company was most impressive & perhaps was the deciding factor. The repairmen were prompt and called ahead if there were delays. They were most courteous and could clearly explain the problems. Pricing was very fair. They were quick and competent with the repairs and when questions arose, they addressed them immediately. Customer service reps were equally of high quality.
